Each person counts once per tool per day, so one viral post cannot move the board.
Complaints only
A model reads every post and keeps first-person complaints. Jokes, promotions and news are dropped.
Against its own normal
A tool is compared with its own average over the previous 7 days, so a big tool is not marked down for being big.
No number without enough people
A tool and theme that averages fewer than 5 people a day shows "not enough data".
